That LOCOG and the OPLC [now LLDC] learn from the ODA's success in health and safety and adopt similar exemplary approaches to worker wellbeing. This should also apply during post-Games Transformation.

LOCOG implemented a H&S management system based on the aim of zero harm. LLDC has adopted a range of ODA standards and processes for transformation with the intent of building on the ODA's impressive record. Health and Safety reporting is provided to EMT and quarterly to the Board. The Health and Safety management system is operational on site, and the ODA Health and Safety Manager has been employed by the LLDC to manage it. Complete
