That LOCOG develop a suite of targets through each governance committee to reflect the emerging development of their priority sustainability strategies and operational programmes. The governance committees should be accountable for delivery against these targets. This action should be substantially complete within six months.

LOCOG has made significant progress in developing targets for their key areas including: Venues - Including developing a Venues Sustainability Strategy and setting targets for reduction in venue footprint and HVAC) Technology – Including developing a Technology Sustainability Strategy and Action Plan in conjunction with all their Commercial Partners Logistics – The Commercial Partner UPS has developed a Sustainability Positioning Paper and is discussing how to integrate this with the wider Logistics operational plans and develop a Sustainability Strategy Air Quality - A Low Emission Venues Plan has been produced covering both vehicle and generator emissions Catering. Cleaning and Waste – Specific sustainability requirements drawn from Food Vision and Waste & Resource Management Strategy (embedded as part of London 2012 Sustainability Plan) are being incorporated into the procurement for Master Caterers and Waste Contractors Ceremonies – LOCOG's Sustainability policies (as relevant) are being drafted into London 2012 Ceremonies Ltd policies Complete
