That the Government make fully transparent how it is meeting its commitment to improve sports participation across its range of funded programmes (and how resources and programme structures have been realigned to achieve this).

This was partially achieved through report 4 of the Meta-Evaluation of the impacts and legacy of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Also a 10 point sports legacy plan was published in September 2012 and an update in January 2013. An announcement around school sport is imminent to address concerns in this area. Closed
