Significant Risk

The level of biodiverse habitat is under pressure due to the need to accommodate a larger stadium in legacy and potential other site demands. The Olympic Board has confirmed its commitment to the provision of green space as outlined in the bid in regard to legacy, but the Commission recognises that these challenges will put pressure on land use.
