LOCOG has taken over Park Operations with the ODA Delivery Partner retaining some of their environmental monitoring contracts and reporting into LOCOG. Regular meetings are held with regulatory agencies to co-ordinate with their functions. Whilst we have not seen a matrix as desired the appropriate functions appear to be in place. Complete
