The LLDC intend to have specialist sustainability expertise integrated within the organisations and its processes. They appointed sustainability consultants to help produce a new sustainability strategy and still need to ensure that sustainability is factored into all design and that sufficient resources are in place to enable this to be implemented. A new recommendation has been made in this report to address these issues directly. Closed (recommendations within the legacy review take precedence)
